Natter for Business
Send messages to people who wrote to you on Natter. Inbound is free; outbound is billed per message, from €0.0033. No templates, no pre-approval: create a business account, add a card, and your API key is issued at once.
The two rules
- Reply window
- You may message a person for six months after their last message to you. Outside that window the send is refused, and refused sends cost nothing.
- Opt-out
- When a person replies STOP or blocks your business, messaging them ends at once.

New businesses start on basic. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades at month end. Verification codes for your business numbers are billed at SMS cost.
